Sinusitis Essential Oil Blend  10ml  $28

Sinusitis is a bacterial infection or inflammation of the sinus cavities and blockage of the nasal sinuses.
My advice is to treat this condition at the first hint of trouble with this anti-bacterial oil blend, as once it has set in, the alternative of antibiotics may be necessary.

Application
Add 6 drops of this blend in a bowl or cup of steaming water. Agitate the water to disperse the oil. Breathe deeply through the nose to inhale for approx 5-10 minutes with short breaks in between for maximum benefit. Do not continue to inhale for any longer.  Repeat 2-3 times
throughout the day.  Keep eyes closed. This is easily done during the day while at home or work.
May also assist with sinus headache and make breathing easier.

After the inhalation, mix a few drops of this blend with 10ml of a suitable carrier oil (almond or light olive oil) and massage the oil around the nose, forehead, neck and behind the ears.

Ingredients
Essential Oils of Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Tea Tree & Basil

Precaution:
Do not use steam inhalation if you are asthmatic as it may cause further difficulties. A dry method is more suitable if you are asthmatic.  All that is required is two drops on a tissue, taking deep breaths through the nose intermittently. Ensure you don’t abuse these oils or use too regularly or in large quantities.
